Jeanna, worked for Oranj Palm Vacation Rentals for 4 years as a House Cleaning Inspector and oversaw about 400 Vacation Rentals. This position required that she approve each house was in Perfect Condition for each guest. Therefore, she understands what it takes to make sure that your home is Inviting and Perfect for your next guest. We are a small, family business that consist of Jeanna, her sister and their 2 daughters, along with 2 trusted employees. We will treat your home as our own and not just as an address, where other would hurry thru to get to the next house. We can give you Vacation Home that “Sparkle” Clean look and smell. We also can help manage your Vacation Rental with our 38 Point Cleaning service. Below are other services we offer:
- Priority Check-in Service: We will meet your guest, show them around the house and can give you a text regarding the Quality of your guests. Cost is about $20.
- Priority Check-out Service: We check your home within 2 hours after your guests leave and report to you any broken, missing, left behind items, secure the home, change the Thermostats, check the pool heater and remove trash. Cost is about $20
- Shopping and Replenishing supplies: If you need something replaced, replenished or your guests need something, we are available to help. Cost is about $25 per hour.
- Light Maintenance Work: around your house is about $25 per hour.
- Vacation Calendar: If you give us access to your calendar, we can make sure we are available on the days that you need us. Wither it is a Same Day Rental or we have a few days to clean. Some of our home owners forget to let us know they have someone checking in. So, we offer this free service to make it easier on you!
